Troy Goode originally recommended this book to me. The resolution of the problem is easier in C#, because all classes are inherited from the same “object” class. Is this still a worth while NET (VB and C#) and SQL guy. Several There are only two things that I don't like about it. This paper presents a real world, non software instance of each design pattern from the book, Design Patterns - Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software [13]. Between objects that have been adapted to deal with certain forces can be observed both in the "real world" and in software objects. Also, I wish the samples were C#/VB.NET instead of Java. It was because of that that I came across Design Patterns and the GoF (Gang of Four, referring to the 4 authors of the seminal and original work, “Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software” found here on Amazon). I am looking to pick up a design pattern book to flip through in my down time at work. Design Patterns : Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software by Erich This is the book known as the Gang of Four book and it is considered required reading if you want to learn about software design principles and patterns. It was subsequently described in depth in the highly influential “Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software” [2], a.k.a. Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software (Addison-Wesley Professional Computing Series) by Erich Gamma (Author), Richard Helm (Author), Ralph Johnson (Author), John M. I wish that it did not contain all of the cartoons. To test this hypothesis, a real world example was sought for each of the 23 Gang of Four Patterns [13]. I hear the "gang of four"'s book is pretty solid, but it seems.. The examples follow in sections 2 through 4. Well kinda dated (about 10 years old). Classical formulation of it could be found in “Design Patterns, Elements of Reusable Object Oriented Software” by Erich Gamma, Richard Helm, Ralph Johnson, and John Vlissides (The Gang of Four). The “Gang of Four” book, in 1994. This concept is used when you want some information stored in one object, in C# by the introduction of “Events and Delegates” concept.
